Arizona Immigration Laws

I personally am against the whole new Arizona Immigration law, because I think that it is unfair how it is on ALL immigrants and yet they are mostly aiming for Mexicans or people who look Mexican, when the word immigration also includes people from Asia, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Salvador, Guatemala, Chile, Cuba,Argentina, Bolivia, etc. The word immigration means ALL nationalities, so I really don't think it's fair that they are mostly targeting Mexicans. I also think that it's unfair and annoying for the citizens that have their I.D or passports, and yet they are having to constantly deal with being asked for their I.D's or passports. I understand that Mexicans are the largest population, but that is no reason just to target them! That racist, discriminative, and unconstitutional. And in a way violates not only citizen rights, but also HUMAN rights. Most of the people are not here for pleasure, they are here to work hard so they can provide food and shelter for their families in need, back at their foreign country. If people who are in favor of this law, were to leave their country, their hometown, their FAMILIES just like the immigrants do, for one day! And do the work that the immigrants do in back in their country where they are originally from! The people that are in favor for this law would realize how HARD life is over there and would be damn happy to know that they DON'T have to deal with that every day like the immigrants do. Now let me ask this, if people who are in favor for this law, could live the immigrants lives for ONE day, and live what they live to and for every day, always going to sleep wishing for a better tomorrow, and waking up with a hope of a better life, a new change, would those people in favor for this law still give their full support in favor for this law? Stop and think of the children, and all the family separation that are being done. IMMIGRANTS MAY NOT BE PREFECT, BUT THEY LIKE THE REST, ARE HUMAN ALSO.......Don't think of the later results, think of the destruction being done at the moment.

  1. Yeah,I can understand your position and where you're coming from because I am also an immigrant and I know how hard it is to stay in your own country where there is no assurance of survival.Like what i said, people seek for a greener pasture, where jobs and opportunities are available. But we cannot entirely blame one side particularly Arizona for enforcing the law because Mexican government as well as my country's government are responsible for providing their people with jobs to support their family's needs.

  3. I completely agree with you! It is way beyond unfair that Mexican's are always the target of anything to do with the words "illegal" and "immigration". Anytime people hear those words, they atomatically assume its Mexican's. This law is just to make it legal for the cops to use racial profiling legally!

  4. I agree with you too, i think that this new immigration law is bringing injustice and separating people becaus eof their nationality, and it is racist. I dont think that people who do have documentation to prove should be discriminated because of how they look, its unfair, bringing injustice to a country where everyone has the opportunity to be here, to have a chance, and you bring a good point here where Mexicans are being the target here, that is discriminating.

  5. It is obvious that people assume Mexican people when immigration is brought up and it's totally racial profiling and people don't even know there doing it. This law is unjust and if the states are allowed to continue making laws like this where and what will the country look like years down the road? Who's gonna be the next Hitler? Could it end up going that far if the government allows it? Scary, how much freedom do we actually have?
